At Beard of God, we stand behind every blend we craft. While thousands of customers love our products, we understand that scent and grooming preferences are personal. If something isn’t the perfect fit, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of — within fair and clear guidelines.


Returns & Refunds (60 Days)

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
Yes — even if you’ve used a bit of it. We’d rather you feel confident with your grooming routine.

Delivery Issues (USPS Claim Policy)

If your order is marked “Delivered” by USPS but you did not receive it, here’s how the process works:

1. USPS may mark packages delivered early.

They sometimes scan a package as delivered hours before it arrives, especially during busy seasons. Many packages show up later the same day or the following morning.

2. We can only open an official USPS investigation after a waiting period.

USPS requires waiting before a claim can be filed.
Typical timelines:

  • Marked Delivered: must wait 24–48 hours to confirm it doesn’t show up.

  • Lost / Missing: USPS claims generally open after 7–15 days depending on route, region, and carrier requirements.

3. A phone number is required.

USPS will contact you directly to confirm you did not receive the package.
Without a phone number, USPS will not proceed, so we require it before we can investigate.

4. Once USPS confirms the package is missing, we replace it.

As soon as USPS finishes their verification and marks the parcel as “missing/not received,” we will send out a replacement at no cost.

We cannot reship before USPS verification.

This protects both you and us against:

  • misdeliveries

  • early-delivery scans

  • theft claims

  • address errors

  • fraudulent claims
    We will always help — but the USPS process must be followed.
